Professional Window Treatments Guarantees our Products, Measurements, and Installation with a Limited Lifetime Warranty. Below is a copy of warranty coverage.

This Limited Lifetime Warranty coverage is being given to you by Professional Window Treatments. Professional Window Treatments provides sales, installation, and service on Alta Window Solutions Specialist, Hunter Douglas Inc., Norman International Shutters, and Timber Blind & Shutter brand products. All of these national brands have limited lifetime warranties. Each product is warranted to be free from defective components and workmanship for as long as the product remains “installed as originally intended.”

This warranty ONLY COVERS failures due to defects in material or workmanship.

This warranty DOES NOT COVER normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or additional adjustments of consumer controls. This warranty ALSO DOES NOT COVER damage caused by failure to follow instructions with respect to proper operation of installed product or damages which occurred as a result of accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, misapplication, alterations, and adjustments.

Professional Window Treatments will during the initial 90 days from date of installation, repair or replace the defective product without charge to the consumer. With respect to this warranty, Professional Window Treatments is limited to repair or replacement of the product with like or similar parts.

Professional Window Treatments’ obligation after the initial 90 day period is limited to repair or replacement of product found to be defective, AT OUR OPTION, PROVIDED THE PRODUCT IS RETURNED to Professional Window Treatments. If a repair is needed, the consumer will be charged for any shipping cost relative to returning or reshipping of product, cost associated with having someone remove or reinstall product, as well as the cost of travel to and from service. The decision to repair or replace will be made by Professional Window Treatments. To obtain service, mail or return your products along with a copy of purchase contract, a letter detailing the problem and a day time phone number where you can be reached.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.
